Ladbrokes 2013 to 2018

As the head of creative, I designed and built the systems for our marketing team’s creative execution framework. As a team of 6 creatives, we frequently output work rapidly at hundreds of execution across print, digital, outdoor, stadium signage, sponsorship signage and merch and video.

Over the course of 5 years, I oversaw the execution of multiple rebrands and creative campaigns including The Lads (The Really Quite Good Ideas Company), Gary Sweet (The Really Quite Good Ideas Company), “Up For The Challenge” (Saatchi and Saatchi) and “Back Yourself” (Rumble). My team designed and executed these campaigns including most channels except for TV brand and retail.

As part of this team we developed rapid systems to streamline other aspects of our workflow including for EDMs in Salesforce and Digital Banner Systems across the News Corp, Fairfax and Google networks.

Other brand work under the Ladbrokes name also included for Betstar, Bookmaker and other affiliates in the wagering network.
